- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery within the continental U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days, available for an additional fee.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for next-business-day delivery to most locations within the U.S. at an additional cost.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on selected products or for orders over a certain amount. Any qualifying order will be notified during checkout.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.
- Shipping Time: The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose and the location of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. For customers outside of the U.S. who wish to purchase from Girglasni, please contact our customer service team directly to discuss possible arrangements.
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping fees for Alaska and Hawaii may differ from those for other U.S. states.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to track your order’s progress through the shipping carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

- P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: We may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses using certain shipping carriers. If you have a special shipping requirement, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery options.
- Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the carrier, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping the package.

- Expedited Shipping: Takes 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for next-day delivery to most locations in the U.S. (orders must be placed by 12 PM local time to be eligible for same-day processing).
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, or shipping carrier issues may extend the delivery window.
8. Shipping Costs and Fees
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. Any applicable taxes or additional fees will also be added to your total cost during checkout.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes. In this case, you may need to initiate a return or exchange through our Return and Refund Policy.
